Buongiorno alla stanza, volevo sottoporvi una riflessione in merito ai titoli che hanno come core business l'elemento che ci tiene in vita....l'acqua....
Ora, premettendo che i titoli del settore in Italia sono ABBASTANZA controllati e ipermonitorati , oltre al fatto che sono sottilissimi e poco LIQUIDI (ha fatto la battuta ehehhe), vorrei che leggeste questo articolo e commentaste questo articolo trovato in rete...
Ieri notavo il titolo Mediterranea delle acque e in virtù di questi possibili rumors relativi alla fusione con Nicolay si è impennato per poi ripiegare parzialmente a fine giornata....
IRIDE (la controllante) ha prontamente segnalato alla Consob e al mercato che non vi sono giustificazioni in merito al rialzo del titolo e non vi sono operazioni societarie in atto. Ma considerando che IRIDE è la controllante di entrambe e soprattutto visti i volumi (700.000 azioni a fronte di un volume medio irrisorio) possibile che non vi sia sotto niente? Ma a chi la vogliono dare a BERE (ehehe)?

La capogruppo Iride tira i freni sul riassetto degli acquedotti. Ma i due titoli corrono in Borsa. E il Cipe studia il rialzo delle tariffe


L’acqua bolle a Piazza Affari. Ieri, in una giornata non particolarmente entusiasmante per l’S&P/Mib (-0,45%), Società acque potabili (Sap) e Mediterranea delle acque (Mda) sono state protagoniste del listino milanese, mettendo a segno rialzi rispettivamente del 14,63% e dell’8 per cento.
A trainare i due titoli le speculazioni del mercato sul possibile riassetto degli asset idrici di Iride, un’ipotesi peraltro già avanzata lo scorso 14 ottobre dal settimanale B&F. Al momento l’utility del Nordovest, nata dalla fusione tra Amga e Aem To, controlla il 68,6% di Mda e il 43,99% di Sap. L’ipotesi più accreditata è che Iride decida l’incorporazione di Sap in Mda, con l’obiettivo di aumentare il flottante e la liquidità del titolo. E ancora una volta l’architetto finanziario dell’operazione potrebbe essere Luigi Luzzati. Del resto il vice presidente di Mda, nonché presidente di Sap, è già stato l’artefice della riorganizzazione degli acquedotti genovesi. Alla fine del maggio scorso è stato siglato l’atto di fusione per incorporazione di Genova Acque, Acqua Italia e Acquedotto de Ferrari Galliera in Acquedotto Nicolay (con effetto fiscale e contabile dal gennaio 2007) che a sua volta, in Borsa, è stato «sostituito» da Mediterranea delle Acque. Ma sul nuovo riassetto Mda e Iride frenano. In una nota diffusa ieri, su esplicita richiesta della Consob, si legge: «Non sono all’esame degli organi delle due società operazioni di caratttere straordinario (quali fusioni), né sono al momento ipotizzabili operazioni di integrazione con altre società del settore». Eppure le nozze avrebbero un senso non solo dal punto di vista finanziario, ma anche industriale. Oltre agli acquedotti di Genova, Mda, grazie a Sap, potrebbe contare su quelli di Savona e del Monferrato. Senza contare, poi, gli sbocchi nel Sud Italia. Resta, comunque, buy il giudizio degli analisti su entrambe le società, anche perché, secondo indiscrezioni, ben presto il Cipe potrebbe decidere un aumento delle tariffe idriche, invariate da ormai quattro anni.

io è da un pò di mesi che sono dentro ad un fondo che investe in risorse idriche della pixet ottimi rendimenti lo scorso semestre ben il 15%.
Poi credo che nei prossimi anni sia il nuovo petrolio

qualcuno sa dirmi perchè il titolo meditarranea acque è perennemente fermo e cmq scambia in continuo il prezzo di quotazione??

in effetti e' un po' strano che ci siano offerte di acquisto nel book a 27 euro, eppure il prezzo risulti 24-25 a titolo sospeso, e continua a scendere..

Pero' un motivo ci sara', io non sono un grosso esperto..tantomeno di situazioni anomale come questa con chiusure del titolo ogni 20 minuti ..pero' per un po' ho guardato il book, e in effetti continuava a scendere il prezzo verso i 24 euro nonostante le offerte di acquisto rimanessero a 27 euro..penso che nessuno potesse comprarle visto che il titolo era sospeso..pero' non si spiega il continuo abbassarsi del prezzo visto che nessuno puo' operare.. booh magari qualche esperto ci illumina :)

pure io sul pictet ci sono entrato 2 anni or sono e il natale scorso ho raddoppiato la partecipazione cosa che farò ancora il prox natale sarà credo il petrolio di questo secolo con i pro e i contro che ne derivano...non mi stupirei di vedere guerre x l'acqua invece che x il petrolio ...speriamo di no comunque
